Getting Started

For Employees

  1. Navigate to Apps β†’ Surveys
  2. Check the Dashboard for pending surveys
  3. Click Take Survey to see all available surveys
  4. Complete surveysβ€”your responses are anonymous by default
  5. Use Anonymous Feedback to share concerns anytime (if enabled)

For Managers

  1. Access the Dashboard to see team survey activity
  2. Click Team Results to view aggregated responses from your direct reports
  3. Use filters (department, tenure, employee type) to drill into specific segments
  4. Encourage your team to complete open surveys before deadlines

For HR Administrators

  1. Go to Manage Surveys to create a new survey
  2. Choose a template (Employee Engagement, Pulse Check, etc.) or start from scratch
  3. Configure target audience (all employees, specific departments, or locations)
  4. Set open/close dates and enable anonymity
  5. Activate the survey and send invitations via email
  6. Send reminders to non-respondents as the deadline approaches
  7. View Results with heatmaps, AI analysis, and comment highlighting
  8. Check the Feedback Inbox regularly for anonymous employee feedback
