Projects Tasks.

you can create or change the Workflow with the following options.

Task is accepted when:
1. Anyone of the approvers accepts the task.
OR
2. All approvers accept the Task.

Default Task Approvers:
Here you can add additional Approvers as a default for the project, by typing the name in the look-ahead field.

Task Status change check box options:
1. When you select Finish on a Task it will automatically move to a Delivered state.
2. If a Task is Delivered (like in checkbox 1) and you are also the only Approver it will place the Task into an accepted state.
Essentially these options allow you to skip to the end.

Show Comment check box options:
1. On Finish.
2. On Deliver.
3. On Accept.
4. On Reject.
5. On Reopen.
This allows you the option to create comments when you change the status of a task, usually a quick way to add final details.

Adding Approvers to a task.

This is effectively a workflow for a specific task. When you create a new task or edit an existing task you can use the Task Approvers field to type in additional approvers with the Look-ahead field.
Then you would ensure to save your changes.
