Learner Notifications & Reminders
Notifications & reminders that are sent to learners when certain conditions are met. These notifications / reminders in Mango LMS can be received by the learners on Mobile, Email, Web Browser or on the Messenger client

Notify When a Course is Assigned
- When a course/curriculum is assigned to a user and marked as required, the Domain admin/LMS admin/Instructor has the option to inform the user
- If the Domain admin/LMS admin/Instructor uses the option to inform, then the user will get a new private message with the assigned course details
- Learner’s private message notification setting should be turned ON for them to get a notification (mobile push notification, email etc) for the newly assigned course

Notify When a Certificate is Received
- When a course/curriculum that gives a certificate is completed by a user, they receive their certificate
- The user will get a new private message with their certificate in it
- Learner’s private message notification setting should be turned ON for them to get a notification (mobile push notification, email) for their newly received certificate

Notify When a Transcript is Send
- When the Domain admin/LMS admin generates a transcript for a user they have an option to send the transcript
- If the Domain admin/LMS admin uses this option to send, then the user will get a new private message with the transcript in it
- Learner’s private message notification setting should be turned ON for them to get a notification (mobile push notification, email etc) for the transcript that is send

Notify Users When a Session in a ILT Course is Updated
- When the Domain admin/LMS admin/Instructor changes any details of a session they have an option to inform all the enrolled users
- If the Domain admin/LMS admin/Instructor uses this option to inform, then all the enrolled users will get a new private message
- Learner’s private message notification setting should be turned ON for them to get a notification (mobile push notification, email etc) for the updated session
- This is applicable for Instructor-Led Training (ILT) courses only

Notify Users When a Session in a ILT Course is Deleted
- When the Domain admin/LMS admin/Instructor deletes a session they have an option to inform all the enrolled users
- If the Domain admin/LMS admin/Instructor uses this option to inform, then all the enrolled users will get a new private message
- Learner’s private message notification setting should be turned ON for them to get a notification (mobile push notification, email etc) for the deleted session
- This is applicable for Instructor-Led Training (ILT) courses only

Reminder For Courses with a Due Date For Completion
- Users can set up to 6 reminders for courses that are assigned to them with a due date and are shown in their todos / action center
- Reminders can be set for both before and after due date
- Users will receive reminders for courses due (like they receive other reminders for items with a due date) on Mobile App / Email / Web Browser / Messenger Clients
