As an administrator, you can upgrade unpaid guest users to paid network users by:
- Go to Admin Portal.
- Choose “Users” -> “Manage Users” to open the User Management Administration page.
- Find the Guest User in the user list that will be promoted and check the box next to Guest user’s name and click “User Tools” and select “Convert to Network User”
You will see “Guest User” changed to “Network User” under the “role” column of the user list.
