MangoApps network admin has the ability to reset the password of an existing MangoApps user from Admin Portal. Here are the steps:
1. Go to Admin Portal
2. Click “Users” from left navigation and select “Manage Users from secondary navigation.
3. Search the user using the correct filter.
4. Check the box next to the user name.
5. click “User Tools” and select “Reset Password”
6. Type the “New Password” and confirm the same.
7. Click “Reset Password” to confirm the submission.
