A coordination example

A handler reviewing a fictional property claim notices a question outside their assigned review. They record the question in the authorized case system, consult the local routing reference, and hand it to the appropriate specialist role. The response and next owner are recorded through the approved process before the handler continues.

The handler keeps the case context clear; the authorized specialist addresses the question. This example illustrates coordination only. It does not establish coverage, a claim decision, or a required sequence for a real claim.
