A quick guide—not the full Code
For Northstar office and frontline employees
Northstar is a fictional multi-location employer. This page is an illustrative sample, not approved company policy. It gives employees a quick overview; the authoritative Code of Conduct and related policies belong in Policy Hub.
Before publishing, confirm who the Code covers at each location and role, and replace or qualify these examples to match the current approved Code. If this guide and the Code differ, follow the authoritative policy and ask through Northstar’s confirmed help route.
