Connect the question to the next handoff
A practical coordination pattern for the fictional review.
The review asks how employees currently move through onboarding, where handoffs occur, and what evidence supports the team’s observations.
- Use the agreed review question to focus interviews and document review.
- Record observations separately from recommendations.
- Check proposed work against the stated scope.
If a contributor hears a request to redesign a separate system, capture the request and context rather than silently adding work to the review.
- Note what was requested and where it arose.
- Bring the boundary question to the engagement discussion.
- Reflect an agreed change in the scope and delivery references.
