Location access

Know which gate, check-in point and pass type apply to your role before you arrive.

Department contacts

When your sheet and the notice disagree

Worked example: A grip operator printed issue 2 on Monday and sees 6:30 am. The Tuesday, 13 October 2026 notice says 7:00 am for Day 14. The operator checks with the Production Coordinator, who confirms that approved issue 3 incorporates the 7:00 am call for the grip crew. The operator uses that confirmed issue and alerts the department head to the stale copy.

What to check

  1. Compare the issue identifiers and dates on the sheet and notice; a later date alone does not establish authority.
  2. Check that the notice names the same production, day, and crew.
  3. Confirm an unresolved mismatch with the Production Coordinator before travel.
  4. If both sources claim to be current, the production office determines the approved issue. Do not choose one by assumption.

Access passes and personal contact details stay in the approved call-sheet distribution. This reference does not replace production-office decisions or approved safety procedures.
