Route launch questions by affected workstream
Describe the impact, identify the responsible role, and agree the next handoff.
When a question affects opening activity, state what is affected, where it is happening, and what decision or support is needed. Contact the responsible workstream role through the team's established channel; involve regional support when a dependency crosses functions or the next owner is unclear.
For urgent, regulated, safety-critical, or sensitive matters, use the organization's approved local escalation and trained-role procedures. This page is not an incident monitor and does not establish those procedures.
Example support routing
Illustrative role routing; actual support routes depend on local ownership.
| Question area | First coordinating role | Handoff |
|---|---|---|
| Equipment setup dependency | Store operations lead | Connect with the designated regional equipment support role |
| Stock flow or delivery timing | Distribution coordinator | Bring store leadership into timing or receiving dependencies |
| Colleague preparation | Store leadership | Route people-policy questions to the designated people-support route |
| Digital or e-commerce operations | Digital operations lead | Use the designated functional support route and update regional coordination if launch timing is affected |
