A sample sequence for a short lobby visit
This Northstar Services example puts welcome and wayfinding first, followed by a useful update and a closing reminder. The order and review intervals are planning choices, not a promise of playback duration or screen behavior.
For a rotation intended to be read while people pass by, each card should make sense on its own; a reader should not need to see the previous slide.

Make each message work at a glance
A short, specific sentence is easier to scan than a paragraph of background.
Before
“Please be advised that, due to work currently being undertaken in the eastern portion of the building, the entrance normally used from the car park is not available at this time, so all guests and staff are requested to use the main entrance.”
- The action is buried.
- The sentence carries several ideas.
After
“East entrance closed for maintenance. Use the main entrance.”
- States the change first.
- Gives one direct action.
