Check the approved training source for individual status

This guide does not show an individual's training status or assign learning. Use your organization's approved training source for personal records and ask the responsible role when a requirement depends on your job, site, or activity.

If a process or controlled document changes, the process owner can clarify whether and how learning expectations are addressed through the approved route.

Match the question to the right route

Assigned learning or completion record

Check the approved training source used by your organization. If the record or assignment does not match your question, ask the training coordinator or responsible role for the applicable site.

  • State the course or record you are asking about.
  • Identify the role or site context when it affects the question.

Role-specific requirement

Ask the responsible training or quality role which approved source explains the requirement for your role and location.

  • Describe the work context and role.
  • Do not infer applicability from a guide written for another site or team.

Learning question after a process change

Ask the change or process owner how the approved route addresses affected controlled content and any related learning expectations.

  • Name the proposed or released change if known.
  • Use the applicable approved source for decisions and records.
