New Modules: Quizzes And Surveys
With this release of MangoApps, Employee Learning and Employee Feedback use cases get specialized modules to help organizations build a better process to improve employee engagement.
Quizzes
With the quizzes module you can design a set of questions which allows you to test employee knowledge, conduct competitions and drive employee learning in your company. The quizzes module comes with the following features:
- A quiz builder to create your own custom custom questions
- Choose your audience to be everyone in the company, your followers, a specific team or a set of specific people
- Questions can be multi-choice or text based
- You can try out a test quiz with self or a set of selected people before actually publishing it to your real audience
- Quizzes module comes with the standard grid & list views with filtering and multiple sort options to make it easy to manage quizzes
- With quiz insights review the answers, engagement, pass/fail results and export everyting into XLS for in-depth analysis.
- You can set a deadline for the audience to take the quiz by a specific date.
- You can do question randomization to reduce any answer biases
- You earn points and badges as you answer more quizzes
- As a domain admin you can configure who can create new quizzes, setup everyone’s dashboard to have quick access to recent quizzes and configure email preferences to be notified with there is a new quiz to take

With the surveys module you can design a set of questions which allows you to conduct HR surveys, measure job satisfaction and get employee feedback to drive up engagement. The surveys module comes with the following features:
