MangoApps integrates with GoToMeeting and join.me so that employees can do screen sharing, audio conferencing and video conferencing with co-workers across the globe. As a network admin you can enable one of the two services for all network users on your domain.

To enable Huddle;

1. Go to the admin portal

2. Click on Integrations from from the left hand navigation

3. Click on Huddle

4. Enable Huddle then choose the service you wish to enable and click on Save.

Once Huddle is enabled, the integration will be available from private chat and team chat on the IM bar by clicking on Start a private huddle or Start a team huddle action items.

The integration can also be accessed from the events modules and via the huddle widget.
