There are three types of emails in MangoApps, These email can be turned off as per your preference:

1. Getting Started Emails – These emails are sent to admins only and for the purpose of sharing help resources in the initial couple of weeks. They can’t be turned off for shared cloud customers at this time. These emails are not sent for Private/On-Premise customers.

2. Digest Emails – These can be turned off from Admin portal for all the users. If you are not an Admin, these can be turned off for a user. Here are the steps:

1. Go to “Change My Setting” under “User Portal”.

2. Under Notification settings, scroll down to the bottom to “Email Digest” section.

3. Set both “Send the summary digest” and  “Send the pending Tasks digest” to “Never”.

3. Notification Emails – These emails are sent to notify an event in MangoApps. These can be turned off from Admin portal for all the users. If you are not an Admin, then these can be turned off by network users as well.

Steps to change Notification emails for a user through Network portal:

1. Go to “Change My Setting” under “User Portal”.

2. Notification settings, turn off as per your preferences. Select “Save Settings” when Finished.

Steps to change Notification emails for all users through Admin portal:

1. Go into the “Admin” portal and navigate to “Domain”.

2. Select “Email Settings” in the sub-navigation menu.

3. Select the “Notifications” tab, then turn On/Off as per company preferences, to be changed company wide.

4. Scroll to the bottom and select “Save Settings”. This will overwrite all users existing settings and become the default for new users.
