To set up your CRM* in MangoApps, you will need administrator access.**

MangoApps can integrate directly with your existing CRM system. To set up this integration please follow:

  1. Log in as administrator and change from the user portal to the Admin portal.
  2. In the admin portal choose ModulesĀ -> “CRM”
  3. In the CRM Settings page fill in the required connection settings and click the “Save Settings” button.
  4. To see that your CRM has been properly configured return to the user portal.
  5. Go to “Opportunities”, choose an opportunity and click on “See More Details in CRM System” to see your CRM entries.
