To set up your CRM* in MangoApps, you will need administrator access.**
MangoApps can integrate directly with your existing CRM system. To set up this integration please follow:
- Log in as administrator and change from the user portal to the Admin portal.
- In the admin portal choose Modules -> “CRM”
- In the CRM Settings page fill in the required connection settings and click the “Save Settings” button.
- To see that your CRM has been properly configured return to the user portal.
- Go to “Opportunities”, choose an opportunity and click on “See More Details in CRM System” to see your CRM entries.
