MangoApps recognizes that users leave or are terminated from organizations. As such there are a few ways to remove MangoApps access from the different types of users in your domain. We’ve broken this article down into those 3 ways:

Network Users and Guests

To disable users from being able to log into MangoApps, you can:

    1. Go to the Admin Portal.
    2. Choose “Users” -> “Manage Users”
    3. Find the user you want to disable by entering search criteria that will narrow the user list and clicking “Search”.
    4. Place a check in the box next to their name.
    5. Choose “User Tools” -> “Deactivate”.

A Deactivated User or Guest will have no access to Login to your MangoApps until they are reactivated.

Guest Users from a team.

      1. Log in as a Project Admin or Network Admin.
      2. Navigate in MangoApps to the project that you want to remove a guest user.
      3. From the left-side menu, choose “Members”.
      4. From the member list, choose the “Actions” Menu next to the guest user you want to remove.
      5. Choose “Remove Guest”.

How to Activate users or guests who are currently Deactivated.

  1. Go to the Admin Portal.
