1. To categorize your documents, go to the Admin portal¬†and choosing “Modules” from the left navigation
  2. Choose “Files” from the secondary navigation
  3. Click “Settings” from the top right and select “Configure Custom Fields”1
  4. Using a combination of “Multiple Choices (Multiple Selections)”, “Multiple Choices (Single Selection)” and the other Dimension Types, you can configure how your documents will be organized. Make your dimensions describe all the documents in your domain so all can be described by the dimensions you configure.
