You can sign into your SharePoint Server, Office365, DropBox, OneDrive, Probox, Windows File server, Box and Google Drive document repositories. You never need to remember where you saved your files. Find them from one screen in MangoApps and share them in updates with your colleagues.

  1. First, your MangoApps admin needs to allow this functionality by clicking “Admin Portal” from the top-right corner menu:
  2. Next, click on Modules -> Files -> External Document Repositories.
  3. Check the boxes next to each of the repositories you want your users to use.

How Do I connect to SharePoint Server?

As a network admin you can enable Sharepoint Server as a document repository for your domain from the Admin portal -> Modules -> Files -> External Document Repositories. When enabled, your users will be able to access files from their Sharepoint account inside MangoApps, attach these files to updates, wikis, posts, direct messages etc. Additionally they will be able to publish files for which they have owner privileges back to their SharePoint account.

How Do I connect to Google Drive?
