MangoApps Terms of service (also known as terms of use or terms and conditions) are rules the network administrators can configure for every user on the domain to agree to and abide by in order to use the domain. Terms of service can also be merely a disclaimer, especially regarding the use of the domain. The terms of service will cover all users who have access to the domain and will appear when users login for the first time on the web client.

A network admin can configure the Terms of Service from Admin Portal.

Select “Compliance” from the left navigation in Admin Portal and choose “Terms of Service”. Place a check next to “Enable”.

Once enabled, any user who logs into the domain for the first time will be prompted to accept this Terms of service through a Widget. It’s mandatory for a user to agree/accept the terms of service to access the domain.

If there are any changes made by a network admin in the Terms of  Service, all the users will be prompted to accept the same at their next login to the MangoApps domain.
