DDB Mudra Group ignites innovation with MangoApps

After Mudra Group rolled out MangoApps, the ideas have been coming in faster from its 1100+ person workforce. Idea submissions and engagement has gone up over 1200 percent since switching to the MangoApps social platform.

Before MangoApps, Mudra Group, like other companies, relied on email, suggestion boxes or special innovation teams/departments to help them bring unique products and services to the market. This process was very limiting, slow and didn't take advantage of company's collective brain. Most of the ideas were lost in the inboxes and suggestion boxes. Employees were discouraged from future submissions because they hardly ever saw a reaction or response to their idea.

BrightSolid: 25% less travel, 55% less emails and 47% less meetings

BrightSolid, a leading UK online technology company, implemented a social intranet from MangoApps to facilitate collaboration. With offices throughout the UK, plus employees working from home, BrightSolid needed a better way for teams to work together. Email did not offer real-time group communication, and SharePoint often became a hindrance to getting work done.

  • Internal projects are now managed on the social intranet, where employees receive updates to their activity stream in real-time to alert them when colleagues complete tasks, edit files, need their help, or need to discuss an issue.  It's no longer necessary to call a project team meeting, so the project manager can update everyone on the status of the project - everyone already knows all the updates.

BrightSolid's social intranet from MangoApps, allows BrightSolid employees to work more efficiently.  Travel to meet with internal employees has been greatly reduced due to the connectedness created by real-time online communications.  Employees are now traveling 25 percent less, producing real savings.  Internal email has been reduced by 55 percent.  Employees are now connecting, discussing, and collaborating on MangoApps, drastically reducing the need for internal emails.  Meetings have been reduced by 47 percent , allowing employees to spend more time getting work done instead of sitting in meetings.

Being a media outlet, confidentiality of sensitive data and breaking upcoming news news before the competition are key to R3 Media’s success. Real-time collaboration is a must and so are security and reliability. R3 Media's knowledge workforce is dispersed in offices around the globe (US, UK, Japan), so connecting with each other can be a challenge. Bridge the geographic gap between offices

Established in 2004, FitSense is a provider of high quality corporate wellness programs throughout Australia, most specifically on-site health checks. FitSense is a growing company headquartered in Canberra, with additional offices throughout Australia including Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, and Darwin.
