After Mudra Group rolled out MangoApps, the ideas have been coming in faster from its 1100+ person workforce. Idea submissions and engagement has gone up over 1200 percent since switching to the MangoApps social platform.
Before MangoApps, Mudra Group, like other companies, relied on email, suggestion boxes or special innovation teams/departments to help them bring unique products and services to the market. This process was very limiting, slow and didn't take advantage of company's collective brain. Most of the ideas were lost in the inboxes and suggestion boxes. Employees were discouraged from future submissions because they hardly ever saw a reaction or response to their idea.
Now, ideas are posted as feeds, status updates, or in the ideas application and exposed to others in the company in their MangoApps activity stream. Anyone in the company can respond by leaving comments, adding input to evolve the idea or voting it up or down. Employees get feedback in real-time from unexpected sources. there is a true sense of ownership at all levels as these ideas flow through the discussion, review and execution process.
Ideas can come from anywhere, and at anytime, so employees use MangoApps on their smartphones to quickly capture and share ideas. Unique MangoApps features like idea duplication detector ensures that there are no repeats of ideas. Idea search tools help users find existing ideas on their topic of interest.
With 35 different offices spread out across the country and continent; Mudra is able to tap into its global workforce and innovate at all levels. This simply was not possible before using only email, suggestion boxes and other special innovation teams. Although, it's too early to estimate bottom-line impact, over 12% of submitted ideas have resulted in active projects and are currently in various stages of requirements, design and implementation.

BrightSolid, a leading UK online technology company, implemented a social intranet from MangoApps to facilitate collaboration. With offices throughout the UK, plus employees working from home, BrightSolid needed a better way for teams to work together. Email did not offer real-time group communication, and SharePoint often became a hindrance to getting work done.
Once implemented, MangoApps immediately improved workflow and collaboration at BrightSolid, including:
BrightSolid's social intranet from MangoApps, allows BrightSolid employees to work more efficiently. Employees are now traveling 25 percent less, producing real savings. Internal email has been reduced by 55 percent. Employees are now connecting, discussing, and collaborating on MangoApps, drastically reducing the need for internal emails. Meetings have been reduced by 47 percent , allowing employees to spend more time getting work done instead of sitting in meetings.

Now more than ever employees need to stay connected to their teams in real-time. This need to stay connected in real-time is even more critical if you are a global media company. R3 Media, a leading media network with over 6.5+ million unique visitors monthly, relies on MangoApps to keep its entire team connected and on the same page regardless of where they are. With native Android, iPhone, Blackberry, Windows Phone and iPad applications, MangoApps delivers secure real-time 1:1 and group chat with visual delivery confirmation for reliable messaging. The R3 Media team stays in the loop with push notifications of enterprise micro-blogging updates and chat conversations, and it's simple to give instant feedback with quick comments or likes on new posts. As team members are always on the go, collaborative tasking from mobile makes it easy to assign posts and reviews to team members. All of this from single integrated platform that provides a seamless UX and is securely installed behind R3 Media’s firewall.
Being a media outlet, confidentiality of sensitive data and breaking upcoming news news before the competition are key to R3 Media’s success. Real-time collaboration is a must and so are security and reliability. R3 Media's knowledge workforce is dispersed in offices around the globe (US, UK, Japan), so connecting with each other can be a challenge. Using several consumer applications did the job of keeping everyone in the loop, but the tools were not enterprise grade and provided a siloed experience. As security of sensitive data was always an issue, the R3 Media team tended to fall back to email. Email worked for basic sharing but was slow for breaking news, as it was hard to discuss and collect quick feedback.
R3 Media was also able to install MangoApps on their own servers, and give secure access to all of their users from their personal mobile devices, even the latest pre-production devices they were trialing for reviews. MangoApps provided R3Media an integrated platform to replace the 4 separate consumer apps they were using before.
Before MangoApps, the R3 Media team found communication tools were a headache. Team members found themselves wasting much of their time trying to make these tools work for them. Now the team is seamlessly collaborating no matter where they are or what device they are on. MangoApps has streamlined the way R3 Media communicates and collaborates.

Established in 2004, FitSense is a provider of high quality corporate wellness programs throughout Australia, most specifically on-site health checks. FitSense is a growing company headquartered in Canberra, with additional offices throughout Australia including Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide, Perth, and Darwin. FitSense customers include many Australian government agencies, as well as public and private companies throughout Australia.
As FitSense grew beyond one location, they found it increasingly difficult to maintain the informal “hallway” conversations where so much critical information was shared. Employees in outlying offices felt disconnected and out of the loop.
Additionally, there was a communication gap between full time employees and part time employees. Part time or “casual” employees did not feel connected to the company. FitSense needed a solution which would bridge the geographic gap between offices and also document informal business conversations so all employees would be kept in the loop.
After evaluating many options, FitSense chose MangoApps as their enterprise communication and collaboration platform. MangoApps was chosen for its comprehensive approach. Instead of buying multiple disjointed point solutions, FitSense was able to solve all communication and file sharing challenges with one solution – MangoApps.
Using MangoApps’ Group Chat, FitSense teams can continue to have daily informal real-time conversations regardless of their geographic location. And all these chat conversations are stored for easy search and access later by other team members or new members joining the team.
With MangoApps, FitSense has been able to grow to many locations across Australia while maintaining the “one office” feel. Employees in outlying offices feel just as connected as employees at headquarters.
Morale has increased, now that all employees feel empowered to contribute regardless of job title or office location. Information travels throughout the company much quicker than ever before.

N2 Net Security provides Information Security Services to international and domestic commercial clients as well as federal, state, and local government entities. N2NetSec secures, maintains, and enhances some of the most complex networks in the payment card industry and federal government.
N2NetSec won a 2010 Department of Defense (DOD) Chief Information Officer (CIO) Award and is a certified Payment Card Industry (PCI) Qualified Security Assessor (QSA).
The majority of N2NetSec employees work remotely. They found it extremely difficult to connect and establish relationships with each other, resulting in a workforce which that felt disconnected, lonely, out of touch, and unmotivated.
Employees would not see each other face-to-face for months or even years. Email could not create the real-time communication employees needed to feel connected. Instant messaging alone was not enough either. N2NetSec needed a comprehensive real-time communication and collaboration solution which would help connect the entire company
N2NetSec chose MangoApps Enterprise Edition to address its communication and collaboration challenges.
Due to their strict security requirements, N2NetSec elected MangoApps’ private cloud deployment. This provided dedicated servers for N2NetSec’s data, satisfying all security requirements, yet was hosted by MangoApps, eliminating any concerns about providing and supporting infrastructure.
According to Allen Harper, Founder and CEO of N2NetSec, MangoApps has been a “huge success” and is “priceless”. All employees now feel connected to each other, the company, and the company’s vision. Employees are in the loop and on the same page.
N2NetSec also enjoys the mobility MangoApps provides. Employees are now still connected to everything happening in the company even while out and about. Access to company files while mobile was never possible before MangoApps. Now files can easily be accessed while on the go via iPhone, Android, iPad, Blackberry, and even Windows Mobile smartphones.
